01
Hogan Assessment
A Hogan assessment is used to understand a candidate's personality traits, potential derailers and motivational factors and how these characteristics will enhance or inhibit their chances of success in the role for which they are being considered. Behavioral preferences are evaluated, as well as cultural fit with the hiring organization - a key metric in predicting permanence and satisfaction within an organization.

Case
Use to evaluate a candidate's decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills in real world scenarios. This section of the assessment is purely performance driven, and provides candidates the opportunity to display their strategic thinking in real time as they analyze data, identify key issues and evaluate potential solutions and proposals. Responses to questions are important, but this excercise also takes into account how a candidate arrives at their conclusions.

Competencies Interview
A competency-based interview assesses a candidate's skills, knowledge, and behaviors by asking them to provide specific examples of how they've used these attributes in previous roles. Special focus is placed on understanding how a candidate has approached and resolved challenges in the past. The candidate's responses are evaluated against a pre-defined set of criteria established based on the client's needs and role requirements.
